  • Independent top & bottom panels
  • Daytime privacy with light above
  • T-post design eliminates light gap

Practical shutter buying guides

  • Wooden Shutters London

  • Shutters for Large Windows

Made-to-measure shutters for large and wide windows, supplied and fitted across London. Choose a practical panel layout, adjustable privacy and a finish that suits your room.

  • Tier on Tier Shutters London

Tier on tier shutters have separate upper and lower doors. Open the top to reveal the glass while keeping the lower doors closed for privacy, then close both tiers when you want coverage across the whole window. We measure, supply and fit made-to-measure shutters across London, with samples at your free home survey.

  • Full Height Shutters London

Full height shutters cover the window from sill to top in one tier of doors. Tilt the louvres to adjust daylight and privacy, or open the doors to reach the glass. We measure, supply and fit made-to-measure shutters across London, with samples and advice at a free home survey.

  • Arched Window Shutters

Keep the curve of your window in view with made-to-measure arched shutters. We measure, supply and fit shutters across London, planning the shaped frame, light control and opening space around your home.

  • Plantation Shutters London

Plantation shutters are framed interior panels with adjustable louvres. Tilt them for daylight and privacy, or open the panels for access to the glass. We measure, supply and fit them across London.

  • Café Style Shutters London

Café style shutters cover the lower part of your window, leaving the upper glass clear. Also called half window shutters or half height shutters, they give street-facing living rooms and dining rooms adjustable screening without covering the whole view. We measure, supply and fit them across London.

  • Shutters for French Doors

French door shutters need to work with the doors as well as cover the glass. We plan the panel layout around handles, hinges and the route to your garden or balcony.

  • Shutters for Bifold Doors

Shutters across bifold doors usually need their own planned opening system. The glazed doors and the shutter panels must each have enough room to move and stack.

  • Bedroom Shutters

Choose bedroom shutters around three things: privacy, morning light and window access. We help you compare full coverage, separate louvre control and additional blackout blinds.

  • Shutters for Unusual-Shaped Windows

A shaped window needs more than a rectangular panel in a custom size. We check the outline, louvre layout and opening method so the shutter follows the window and remains practical to use.

  • Blinds vs Shutters

Choosing blinds or shutters? Blinds usually offer a lower starting price and more fabric choices. Shutters give a fitted, framed finish with adjustable louvres. The right choice depends on how you need the window to work.
